Understanding the Process of a Healing Crisis

In this day and age we are faced with what I call the “modern man’s diet”, which is a way of life that promotes unhealthy eating plus other bad habits. Use morning as an example. Typically people are in a hurry to get to work or school, miss breakfast and therefore grab something on the way to work, often at a fast food restaurant. What implication does this have to our health? Most fast food is high in saturated fat, salt or sugar and generally not the healthiest breakfast you can have to start your day. The other side of the coin is eating fast and on the go, which plays havoc with the digestion.
On top of this we have the stress factor due to work, private life, environmental and unhealthy eating. All these contribute to a build up of toxins over time causing disease.
